Process:
-Initial interview with recruiter
-Interview with hiring manager
-Planned 2 hour interview (loop) with 3 different parties
Throughout the process I was very forward about planned unavailability (weeks prior), I made every attempt to coordinate scheduling as promptly as possible. Scheduling of interviews was delayed and ultimately the 2 hour "Onsite" was pushed until after 2 weeks (planned time away + Thanksgiving holiday). I received an email the Saturday before my "onsite" (after Thanksgiving and my planned time away) stating that they had hired another candidate and my interviews were cancelled.
As a candidate, I was disadvantaged in this process and not given a fair opportunity to interview for this role by both pushing out the interview timing as well as denying me the already scheduled interview.
