Entrevista
The process was straightforward — just as it should be. I was kept in the loop throughout, and the follow-up was prompt and consistent. You also get to meet all the different stakeholders, which is a definite plus if you’re planning to stay with the company for the longer term.
There is a presentation round, so if presenting isn’t your strong suit then you should definitely make time to work on that. Being able to organise your thoughts clearly and deliver them confidently is essential.
My assumption is that in order to thrive here, you need to be highly adaptable and a fast learner. This is a scalable business, and things move quickly — so being able to keep up is key. It's not an easy interview but it's not extremely difficult if you are open for a challenge.
