Technical Interview
2-A one-on-one with the hiring manager or technical lead,
3- 2× Competency-Based Behavioural Interviews (CBBI)
Two separate rounds (45–60 min each) of behavioural interviews with cross-functional panellists to assess leadership, teamwork, problem-solving and cultural fit.
On-site
4- A final in-person meeting—typically involving interview with stakeholders, a deeper dives on both technical and behavioural topics.
