My interview started with a phone screening. Then I was asked to come back for a 1:1 interview. I met with 5 people individually. Each person I met with was the head of a different department: HR, Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Marketing and Production. These were all people with which I would have daily contact. I was asked to come back for a third in person interview. This time I met the CEO. He was extremely nice and easy to talk to. The HR manager was extremely nice. She met with me after my final interview and asked if I had any final questions. I was offered a job a few weeks later and I accepted. Overall, the interview process was fairly easy.
