Took about 4+ weeks from my first contact to the time of offer. The people were very nice, and was more than helpful in explaining the role, the company's culture, and the direction the company was heading. Initially met with 4 people, including the recruiter. A week later had a phone interview with an executive, then a skills test the following week. An offer was then made the very next week.

I thought it was extremely unprofessional. The entire process from getting there to when I left. I had to wait over 20 minutes from when I got there to even hear from anybody. I met with the recruiter first and we just had a general conversation. I then met with five members of the team I was interviewing for. After the interview I sent out thank you emails. I was told everything went well and the team liked me and that I should hear back within a week. After not hearing back within a week I reached back out to the recruiter and he said they will have a better idea by the end of the week. Luckily I accepted another job that was a much better opportunity because I never even heard back at all whether I was offered the job or not from this company. The whole process was extremely unprofessional and there are definitely better opportunities out there. I wish there was a fourth option to did you get an offer of (I NEVER HEARD BACK)
