After HR interview - 2 rounds one with AM and final with Delivery head. HR took 1st round then took it to next level where technical manager asked questions and took naukri test. After that Delivery head took final round of interview

Just for the formality. Nothing special... just depend upon mood... They will extend you an offer within few minutes after the interview... If they say they will let you know that means NO... Rejection Reasons: Does not have a glowing face, no charm, less technical understanding, too much experience, etc...
