I interviewed with the human resources manager and the store manager. They asked me about my previous work experience and how I could relate it to the job. They asked how many people I was friends with anf how I could convince them to spend money with them. I found out I got the job a couple days later, like they told me. There isn't really any negotiating the pay. Good luck trying to get a raise! The main thing I learned was to do what they say...even if it seems backwards.
