Applied via agency. They scheduled an interview within few days.
The interview was with team leader. She explained about the product and the team. Then we talked about my recent project. Afterwards, there were 3 technical questions to write code (as mentioned below). The whole interview took about 1.5 hour. One negative side note I took was that team leader didn't participate in the process. I worked alone and just shared the final results. However, I would be glad to see more interest from TL's side. I wanted to see how the team leader communicates through working process. But she opened a laptop and worked on something else.

3. There is a list of work items where each item may depend on another item completion. Need to create data structure which can tell which items can be started and which are blocked.
Two people team asks algo question, in my case it was two. The pro is to use own editor not strange apps. Very short intro and straight to work. Strange no actual domain questions were asked

Entrevista
The interview process at Varonis started with a pleasant conversation with the recruiter, who provided details about the role and the company. This was followed by a technical interview, which covered relevant coding and system design topics. Unfortunately, I did not advance past the technical stage, but overall, the experience was professional and well-structured.
