A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, asked when a good time to talk would be as she had a role that would fit my background well. We scheduled for 2pm only for her to message me at 2:01 and tell me she needs to reschedule. Frustrating, but fine. So, we scheduled for the same time the following day only for her to completely blow me off and not call or answer my message. The most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a company thus far.

Interview process was fine. 3 rounds total and last round was as expected. Little bit of pressure but got straight to the points of what the job would entail and how to succeed
