I applied online then followed up with an InMail to a recruiter on LinkedIn. The recruiter responded and set me up with a phone screening. The phone screening went great. The recruiter tells me in 24 to 48 hours they will decide if they want to move me forward to the next round of interviews. 48 hours goes by, I hear no response and I messaged my recruiter through LinkedIn to ask about an update. The recruiter responds through email that they are not moving me forward because of my background and qualifications for the job, I meet most of the qualifications for the job. I have a feeling that they only want candidates with prior experience in sales, if that is the case don't waste candidates time whos looking to break through a new industry. They specifically say in the job posting you either have to have 4 year college degree or sales experience. Varonis interview process is flawed and I hope they can fix it for future candidates.

Lengthy and not much feedback. Didn’t make it past 2nd interview which was an hour and an half long and didn’t get much feedback. Interviewers we’re not enthusiastic at all.
