I only made it to the second interview with two managers. They asked A TON of questions and I honestly thought they loved me. They liked all of my answers and loved my personality. However, I did not get offered. The reason they gave was that my previous roles weren't "proactive". I wanted to leave this review because I honestly felt like I was discriminated against. I am an African American female who actually has worked with two Caucasian women WHO WERE HIRED at this company at a previous company. I did not understand how my previous experience was not enough, however, their experience was?
