It was a long but decent process. First interview was with a supervisor which went excellent. Second was a panel interview which I was able to answer all their questions in depth. They gave me feedback that they were impressed with my experience and the knowledge I had. I wasn’t offered the position which honestly like a previous candidate stated I think like was a discrimination issue. I am also an African American woman and from what I heard from a friend who works there, this company has a lot of “bro culture” and whites only type of policy. After not getting offered the position I did go through the company’s social media pages and did not see one African American woman and maybe a few minorities in their company pictures.
