Instead of an in-person interview, they sent me a link to a program which was a video interview with prerecorded questions. There were 14 sections in total, which usually allowed for a 3 minute response, except for one that required a 10 minute response. After hearing each question, we were allowed 30 seconds to prepare our answer. Some of the sections had many questions, and we were only given 3 minutes to answer. However, it wasn't very intimidating and even was relaxing. However, the entire process ran on the long side; instead of being 20 minutes like they said, it stretched to around 30 - 40 minutes altogether. Afterwards, I received an email requesting a second interview on the phone to go over the tutoring process.
