Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Varsity Tutors (Providence, RI) em set. de 2016
Entrevista
Instead of an in-person interview, they sent me a link to a program which was a video interview with prerecorded questions. There were 14 sections in total, which usually allowed for a 3 minute response, except for one that required a 10 minute response. After hearing each question, we were allowed 30 seconds to prepare our answer. Some of the sections had many questions, and we were only given 3 minutes to answer. However, it wasn't very intimidating and even was relaxing. However, the entire process ran on the long side; instead of being 20 minutes like they said, it stretched to around 30 - 40 minutes altogether.
Afterwards, I received an email requesting a second interview on the phone to go over the tutoring process.

What are your past work experiences? What would you do if a student had difficulty understanding a problem through the lecture style? What alternative educating styles would you recommend?
Recorded timed interview; you get to take it on your own time. You will be asked to teach a concept and record yourself teaching this concept. This is the most difficult part.
