I applied online and submitted my resume. Someone from the company emailed me the next day to set up an online session where I answered and recorded questions using a 3rd party system. It took about 2 hours in total. Someone then called emailed me to set up a phone interview 2 days later. We talked for about 10 minutes then offered me a job.
