I was a passive candidate so the recruiter reached out to me via LI. We had a 25 min call and said I was great and that next I'd be interviewing with the hiring manager and then 2-4 other team members. Pretty standard. After this I got an email from the TA coordinator with times to have an interview with the hiring manager. All times available were 4-5am my timezone. This was the first sign of a poor candidate experience. I was able to get a decent time to interview but it wasn't for 2+ weeks. I asked for an earlier time but then got an email pushing it back more. This was the second sign of a poor candidate experience. The day before the interview the recruiter emailed me and said they had hired another candidate. I wrote back no problem/take care. Then the day of the (canceled) interview I got another email rejecting me again from the recruiter! Then three days letter I got a third rejection email from the system. How many times do you need to reject a PASSIVE candidate?! All evidence of a disorganized company who provided little to no thought around the candidate experience.

I applied online and didn't hear anything so I reached out to a contact. A recruiter set me up with an interview but the manager seemed distracted. Never heard back again from anyone.

My interview process was similar to many other posters. Upon application, I was contacted almost immediately and subjected to three interviews within a span of days. During each one, the interviewer gushed over my experience and abilities, indicating I could choose which of three available Director positions involving tutor recruitment, tutor management, or family management. Upon the third interview with the CEO Chuck (who pays no attention whatsoever to your answers and multitasks the entire time), I was advised I was a great match and would be contacted for final interview number four within two weeks. One month later, it still has not occurred.
