I applied online via LinkedIn and then the hiring team reached out to me via email on the same day, so that we could schedule an initial screening video call. The interviewer arrived on time to the interview and was very friendly, but I was ghosted in the end, which automatically makes it a negative experience for me. I was told that I'd hear back either way within a week, and that if I were to be selected to move further, then the next step of the process would involve more technical questions with different people from the team. Unfortunately, I never got this far, nor did I even receive an automated rejection.

the interview process was average.. the recruiter didn’t tell much about the company.. but it was followed by recruiter call, then the technical round, then behavioural with CTO and other engineer.. all the interviews were easy.. but after all the round they just ghosted with no response at the end.. I even send a follow up email but no reply.. it was a waste of time for employee who prepare and then got no result at the end.. even if it was no/yes you should reply back to the email..
