Absolutely Terrible Hiring Process! I applied to the international trainee program almost a month before the deadline. I was sent the online assessment link after the deadline and I scored 93 to 98th percentile on the logic test and perfect 10s on the personality test. But even with such high scores and three months of experience, I was not processed to the next stage. It takes a lot of hard work, time and energy to fill in these application forms, write cover letters and take the stressful online assessments. If our CVs are not up to their standard, they should not even send the assessment link to waste our time in taking these worthless online assessments only to be rejected at a later stage.

I applied online for the programme in October and got an invitation for an online test (logic and personality) the next day. After I completed I got the results and in December I had an online interview.
