The interview process is almost entirely there for show. Very few people get denied work at Vector because they say that an interview alone or a resume cannot determine how someone will do as a salesperson. They'll ask you how you describe yourself, your strengths/weaknesses. They'll sit you outside the interview office for a little bit and then pull you back in to welcome you to the team.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
