Entrevista
Came to the office to do an in-person interview with the Manager of Topeka's offices. The interview was behavioral and did not ask any complicated/tricky question, they are looking for people who are self-motivated and empathetic since, basically, you are your own boss. It did not require an previous knowledge about cutlery products/firms or past experiences, like I said they are just looking for people who can organize well their schedules and be motivated to create profit for the company and it self.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
