After applying online, I was contacted by the receptionist in about 15 minutes. The receptionist instructed me on where to go, and what I need to have on hand before the interview. Once I arrived I filled out a sheet with basic information needed. What I was not told before the interview was that it would a group interview. The other person had no previous work experience, and was not even prepared for the interview. The one question that was asked was "On a scale of 1-10 (10 being perfect), how would your customer communication be?" I told her 9 because I am comfortable around new people. The interview stacked together my resume with the paper I filled out, and told me someone will contact me the next day if everything looks good. One thing though, the other person with me never left the building. Its funny how you can possibly hire someone who is not prepared, but someone who really needs a career and very prepared!!!

It was long but very comprehensive, they show introductory videos about the position and then the company and then we answered interview some questions. The interview ends with any questions we might have after seeing the videos.
