1. Call with HR 2. Call with hiring manager 3+? Not sure Both steps 1 and 2 went well for me. I was told that I was one of the first candidates. Unfortunately, after step 2 I was left waiting for an update that never came. They kept telling me they'd give me an update then eventually stopped responding after almost a month.
