After the first phone call, I was asked to send my documents for verification. After that, they told me that the recruitment process could not be completed because the documents I hold are refugee documents and that there is a decision by the company not to hire holders of these cards. I believe that companies have the right to determine the nature of the employees they work for, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and there was some bias and discrimination. Companies are not shy, they can reject me for any other reason, the simplest reason being that there is another candidate who has better skills than me. But regardless of my personal experience, I believe that it is a very good company and is considered one of the best companies in the world, and I think that they have a great future, so if you are applying to work for them, do not hesitate.
