Found a job description that matched my profile and was interested in the position. Found the person responsible for the position and managed to get a referral for an initial interview. Sent my availability but unfortunately, needed to postpone the interview. After a few days, got a another date for the interview and overall it went well. Basic questions about your profile and the role. Promised to get back to me the next week for the next steps but got ghosted and needed to contact them to get a generic automated answer. The person and the interview was nice but can be improved with a normal non-automatic message.

Premier contact avec la RH pour détailler le poste, voir si nous avons bien compris les impératifs du poste, parler du salaire et autres avantages. Si positif, un second entretien RH et manager d'équipe est organisé pour vérifier les motivations, si on fit bien dans l'équipe et vérifier nos compétences en lien avec le poste.

Entretien sur place avec exercice Excel. L’exercice n’est pas faisable dans le temps imparti mais est fait de sorte à voir le raisonnement logique ainsi que l’habitude à travailler dans le logiciel.
