In a few short words: The HR person I talked to was wonderful. I had to develop a solution within a week for a sample case. Despite learning Salesforce within a week to fulfill the case study requirements and creating a solution, I did not get the job.
The demands are too high (considering this is a job for new grads, and I have worked as an intern for Pharma for 3 years), the presentation was the first time I met the hiring manager (possibly contributing to the coldness and lack of consideration), and a lengthy process that is effective in weeding out candidates, but if one were to make it far into it, I think it's only fair to provide feedback as I spent time creating something only to be ghosted when asking for feedback.
Tl;dr : You will spend time creating something for a position here (3-7 days). HR was personable but the presentation part is difficult and not a great experience... but you do learn Salesforce.
