Hiring Manager reached out to me for a phone screen that went well. The second interview was followed up by a second video phone interview again went well. Even though I have a lot of customer consulting experience and hands on skills I was not even allowed to demonstrate those skills, so the interviewers never really got to know my benefits. Negative experience not hearing back from either person after interviews, until received rejection notice a month after applying, no HR representative involved at all in the process. Not sure why a video screen process was necessary other than to determine age and race of the applicant. I was told that the next round would require a problem solution, presentation deliverable back to a team, unfortunately never received that opportunity.
