Entrevista
All interviews and case study were conducted on via Zoom.
1) Initial screening. Meet with an employee currently in the CDP and it was very relaxed. This person asked questions about my CV and asked "why veeva".
2) Candidate exercise. A day after my screening, I was asked to schedule the candidate exercise which took a lot of time and preparation. I had to use their own system to design a solution. You have to prepare a presentation and demonstration in 1 hour to a team of managers and consultants. The solution does not need to be perfect but they want to see how you act under pressure and if you can complete the activity.
3) A day later, I was scheduled to speak with another manager and this interview was an hour. Very detailed questions about my prior work experiences and some behavioral questions but the conversation was good and I learned a lot about the company and the culture.
4) Another interview with an employee currently within CDP. This was a great time to ask questions about the position and the culture.
5) Last interview with another manager. An hour long conversation getting to know me and my experiences.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
