The interview process with this company took months (applied in June) and you are expected to bend over backwards for them. I did not hear any feedback until late August. The hiring manager was very slow to respond on scheduling interviews. I completed their design test but the followup took two weeks just to schedule. There's supposed to be another round of 4 hours interview (final? not sure) to meet each team member. I could not make the timeframe suggested for some another time slot and they decided to pursue other candidates right after that. Overall the people at the company I met seemed nice. This experience definitely gave bad impression about the company -- do they have unresponsive managers/bosses? Perhaps they are not like that after you are hired, not sure.
