Strangely unprofessional and unorthodox. No recruiter so maybe they just didn't know what was going on. People were nice, but company culture seemed a little inconsistent and off. I was bummed because it seemed like a great company to work for.

The interview process was awful and really disorganized. I had 3 interviews over the course of 2.5 months. For the 2nd one, they asked me to do a presentation and exercise that took me hours. They told me they would make a decision in a week following my 3rd interview, called me to discuss compensation and benefits, and then completely ghosted with no explanation for almost 3 weeks and I'm now trying to hunt down at least an explanation. This was the worst, most unprofessional, disorganized, drawn-out interview I've ever been a part of.
