The interview was a multi level interview. The most involved interview was the third one. I was given access to their in house system and asked to learn as much as I could in few days. Then you will sit for a video interview where 4 evaluators will play a role as a client and you as the Veeva systems expert. I could tell they wanted me to know more about the system than I did during the interview and was consequently rejected. I was interviewing with three other consultancies and couldn't put forward the necessary time commitment to learn their system. They might be missing out on quality candidates by demanding too big a time commitment with their interview process.
