2 and a half months of remote meetings with several people, and then a candidate exercise to demonstrate your capabilities in their system. Positive reinforcement and encouragement throughout the process, and then silence for (so far) 2 weeks after the stated decision time. Beyond being ignored it actually wasn't a bad process, just very long. Professional courtesy towards the final candidates would be nice.
