Initial Interview with Hiring Manager (Practice Manager, Migration Services) went well. Second Interview with Sr Director of Technical Services. Third Interview was Case Study that took ~8 hours (involving understanding new Object Structures and navigating APIs) with mock load of data and documents to the Vault platform. Had several attendees on the Presentation. Majority of metadata was loaded, and I identified what gaps remained and how I would resolve them, including the timeline of resolution. After attendees dropped, I was told that a full working solution was expected and that the interview process would not continue. I felt this entire endeavor was a waste of my time. How is one supposed to completely spin up on the Veeva Vault software platform and conduct a full mock load of data in the span of a week while working their actual job (and juggling kids/other responsibilities) Just skip the Case Study and don't waste your time interviewing here.
