I applied in Summer 2021, but did not hear anything back until Spring 2022 - nine months later. I was invited to interview, but I was instructed to deliver in-depth written answers additional follow-up questions. I declined. Not a respectful candidate experience and possibly indicative of a lack of structure.

Entrevista
The interview process took 6 months and then when they interviewed me for the last round, I got a positive answer, and then they just ghosted me, literally. Never answered any of my emails, ever.
