The first step was scheduled as a 30-minute hiring screen. The hiring manager was professional, kind, and generous with his time. He gave me a 90-minute behavioral+technical interview as that first meeting, which included answering many questions for me. Despite poor performance in technical questions I had yet to prepare for, I was allowed to progress to the next step- an interview with another executive. That second interview was primarily behavioral. It was about 45 minutes long and pleasant. After the second interview, I was immediately told I could move on to the main portion of the interview process. The hiring manager gave me two written exercises to do. One was designing a product; the other was more technical. As part of this stage, I had two meetings with the hiring manager, totaling 2-3 hours. After submitting my exercises, the hiring manager told me within 24 hours that I would progress to making a presentation to three executives. It was scheduled for about a week later. The final interview/presentation was about an hour long and formal, with highly-specific critique. I received a thoughtful rejection with detailed feedback less than two business days later.

Relatively straightforward process, not overly difficult. It was several rounds with different coworkers and prospective boss. Everyone was nice and kind and respectful of my time, and I would recommend the company after the process.
