Very long and intensive. They make you submit 3-7 references BEFORE even considering to truly hire you, to possibly poach off your connections. They give you a week to do a very detailed and time consuming take home project, that takes 1-2 days to learn the tool, 4-5 to do the demo and 1 day to make a presentation. In the demo you have to essentially create fake data and do a lot of backend work on Salesforce interface (creating objects, users, etc) as their product is now independent from Salesforce.
