Had 4 rounds that went over 4 months. The VP (hiring manager) was not all professional, either on vacation, not responsive to HR or not available. She took my first 2 interviews and asked strategy questions, took answers from me on her real business challenges. Gave a case study that literally took me 60 hrs to generate slides and insights, after a month post case interview. She told HR that I am not a good fit for strategy but could look for other roles. As per the Veeva process, the hiring manager needs to call you and give you the feedback but this VP never did that even after the HR followed up multiple times. I wish I could have sued the company as they took all the intelligence and 60 hrs of free work to complete their client queries and business questions.
