One of the worst interview experiences I have had in a long time. First off, the in-house recruiter definitely misrepresented my skills and experience to the interviewer. The interviewer seemed completely disinterested in me, and asked if they were the first person outside of the recruiter that I was interviewing with, to which I let them know yes it was my first interviewer. The interviewer was not someone who would really be a person I would have been working with, and was extremely skeptical the entire time that I did not have MedTech experience though I have an extensive background and healthcare experience. The interviewer was asking decent questions, but never really explained what the job would entail and how it worked. I do not think the recruiter prepped me well enough to set me up for success, rushed me to interview, and the interviewer did not seem thrilled. There seemed to be a disconnect from the in house recruiter and the interviewer and it was just extremely disorganized. I am appalled at how my interview process went down and it has left me with a bad taste about Veeva Systems. I have familiarity with Veeva Systems and was excited to interview, but I do not think I will be applying again to a position here.
