I recently had a behavioral interview with a recruiter at Veeva Systems for an Associate Software Engineer position, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The recruiter seemed disinterested, unengaged, and unprofessional throughout the conversation. They provided no information about the company or the role, making the interview feel one-sided and uninformative. While I answered the questions to the best of my ability, the lack of engagement made it clear that I was unlikely to hear back.
