These questions raise serious concerns about compliance with UK employment laws, including the Equality Act 2010, which protects candidates from discrimination based on age, nationality, and socio-economic background. This type of questioning is not only unprofessional but also potentially illegal. For a company that claims its core value is "Do the Right Thing", this process was anything but. If you value fairness, professionalism, and legal compliance in your job search, do not apply.
