I interview for an Operations Manager position. The first interview was with a person who just wanted to understand my CV, and it was simple. The second interview was the hardest in my opinion, it was with the hiring manager and included 1 business case and 1 google sheets live exercises. The third interview was about the first 25 years of my life. During the hiring process, I got told I was being considered only for a lead position, not an Operations Manager. Although in my opinion the third interview went well, I did not pass it (weird, when the questions asked were ¨what did you learn from your sister¨ type).
