Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Veeva Systems em abr. de 2025
Entrevista
I applied, Someone reached out for availability for a call(Assumed it was going to be a general "talent acquisition" type of call. Turned out to be a Release Engineering Manager with a different name. After what I believe was a successful interview, another interview was scheduled(outside of the availability I was prompted for before). Another call with another Release engineer.
This process of recieving a random calendar invite without check for availability, followed by a call with someone that isn't the person who invited me, happened 3 more times. I now have met 4 people in Release engineering.
It's now call number 5, I finally get to meet the person scheduling these interviews. we discuss the role, how it's different than my current role, but does include some coding/automation.
We are now about 4.5 hours into talking to Veeva that we discovered that the release engineering salary band range is a lie. I told them that I currently am making near the upper end of their band. and they responded saying that if anything, I'll be given something closer to the middle and that almost no one makes the upper end. Felt bait and switch-y.
It doesn't feel like Veeva is respeting the candidate's time. and isn't transparent about what they're looking for given that the salary band is not accurately reflecting their hiring practice. With the 5 interviews I had with them, Aside from the "let's talk about your history" question they always ask. The interviews were not significantly different from each other. 3 of them asked "what is your 5 year plan" and "why are you looking to leave your current employer".
originally Veeva has several interview process as i know of, but In my case, I started directly with senior engineer (I guess not just senior engineer but also team leader ) ..... I don't know why but it did...

Explain Do you describe your experience with CI/CD pipelines?
The interview process includes four technical rounds — the first with the Hiring Manager and three with senior engineers — followed by two additional rounds focused mainly on behavioral and non-technical discussions.
