I interviewed for an internal software developer job in the Tech Services dept rather than the Engineering dept. 4 rounds, 1st round was 45 min call with recruiter, focused on job history, why I want this job and want to work for Veeva. 2nd round was Zoom interview with the person who'd be my manager, asked about job history, previous projects, some technical questions, a little more "why Veeva". 3rd round was 2 hour live-coding exercise (over Zoom) where they gave me pretty clear requirements to build out some code. I didn't do it perfectly, but they were happy I communicated a lot and showed resourcefulness. 4th round was Zoom job history again, education history, some more personal questions. Kind of oddly personal but I got to relate my life more to why I love life sciences and "why Veeva". Between each round, they got back to me in a week, but it took a while to get the offer. The interview process was kind of difficult and offer process was long but worth it. I accepted offer, I've been here for a year+ and like it so far.
