Application and then Phone Screen and onsite interview. I applied through employee referral. I got the phone screen scheduled within 1 month I applied for the position. It was good and the basics are tested. After that I heard there will be skype interview by the team but didnot happen. I was given offer in mid feb and I joined in March 2015
