I applied online and then immediately got an email for a phone interview which was extremely basic where the recruiter just asked about my personality. Then started talking about how sales works in the company. Then right away pushing me to sign a contract and get started. All felt very pyramid scheme-like. When I responded turning down the offer, they kept messaging me like they didn’t read my message.
