The 1st round was an intro, the 2nd round was a personal interview, the 3rd round was going on fieldwork all day where they show you what the actual work was, and the 4th round was a final discussion.

If I am comfortable with doing field sales or not. When I said I am not, the interviewer started raving about how tough things make successful people, yada yada yada. Later on I came to know it's a fraudulent company model.

Applied for pune location. Don’t waste your time do something productive. It’s just a trap. You’re going to waste your days and as I heard they are not going to pay you after work

They do not tell you about the salary or even a specific job that you would be working into. Run away and do not waste your time!
