The first meeting was ok. Next, I had a meeting with an angry lady who was going to manage my project. She had no clue that DevOps Engineers are also Software Engineers. She had very poisonous and inhuman behaviour during the messages. I requested her to send me the job description but she didn't even bother to send me a job description. Since the startup makes money just by sucking the software engineers working for their clients pay. She forced me to sign 1 year contract for low pay and declined any discussions. I talked to other people at the startup to know about the bad condition they are in. That was the limit of my patience so I denied the whole startup the right to work with a me.
