Overall process took 3 weeks. It started with an online coding challenge consisting of 2 questions, followed by a 90 minutes interview with senior developer and manager. The last round was the HR round. Programming questions were easy and I was able to solve all of them. Live coding in the second round was also easy. They cleared my first 2 rounds with positive feedback but rejected me after the HR round saying they had moved ahead with better candidate. This was the most disappointing one. I mean if I was not good enough in coding they could have rejected me after second technical round but how come they assessed my technical abilities after HR round.
