The hiring process was dirven by a Head Hunter, Boyden. I have at least three interviews with them, one with the Consultant, the second one with the Director and the last one with a psychologist for an evaluation. Once the head hunter direct me to their client, I have another two interviews with them, the first with the general manager and a second one with the owner. All the process tooks one month.
