I was initially referred by a friend who worked there so I didn't have an interview. I emailed the VP of the company and I sent him my resume and he sent me back a job offer and some forms to fill out when I came to work.

Entrevista
You'll have a phone interview and then be invited in for a one on one and then maybe a third with a C-Level Executive. They will promise you the world, but its a total bait and switch. If you are applying for Medzo/Sourcing Manager you won't make any commission and will be living off of your small base pay.

Just be prepared to speaek about your resume. They will dive in deep and ask you to go into the day to day aspects of your job. They will also grille you on why you left that job.
