The interview process at Venn followed a typical structure with several rounds, including a take-home assignment. Unfortunately, after completing the assignment, I was ghosted with a complete breakdown in their previously good communication.
This experience raised concerns about how candidate time and effort are valued. While I cannot speak to internal intentions, the lack of communication made the process feel one-sided. Future applicants may want to proceed with clear boundaries around unpaid work and confirmation of feedback timelines.

Are you willing to work full-time in the office? Are you excited about fast-paced, scrappy work environments?

Pretty relaxed but expect to be ghosted if you don't follow up. The HR person will say they're busy - rightfully so - everyone works 10+ hours here, but just follow up on time.
rounds:
screening, take home, coding round, meet the co-founders and some one else you might work with.

A take home assignment. It has an onboarding form and there are some rules. you have to follow that and for validation and submission. Just google it you will find the entire solution because y'all anyway will use AI for it
Basic programs like anagram of a word etc. Nothing challenging.

The process had 3 phases:
inital recruiter call
short 30 mins video call with the team leader.
For the 3rd, they forced me to get to the office.
The 3rd was divided into 2 parts.
1. Describe a project you were working on.
2. They gave me an old mac and presented a programming question.
The mac had a small screen, and i couldn't see the entire code, because it was small and the online system they used wasn't intutive.
They didn't bring a mouse. Seems like they don't respece the candidates.

I had to design a pub sub class with node js like pseudo code, inside a lousy online system.
