Had the first round screening call with someone in the HR. Honestly they seemed pretty uninterested in interviewing and I felt like I was the one making the effort to keep the interview going. Not sure if they already had a candidate they had shortlisted for the role or what. Also took more than two weeks to follow up after this short first round which was incredibly absurd. Overall bad experience
